Perkins latest engine and aftersales solutions – designed to help construction professionals get more from their machines – will take centre stage as the business returns to World of Concrete at Las Vegas Convention Centre, Nevada later this month.
World of Concrete is the largest annual international event dedicated to concrete and masonry professionals. Perkins® SmartCap and Perkins® My Engine App. These innovative additions to Perkins aftermarket services allow users to add telematic monitoring to your Perkins engine – mechanical and electronic. Perkins SmartCap transfers live data, such as hours of use, direct to the Perkins My Engine App, allowing users to better plan their service schedules.
Perkins online parts ordering at perkins.com/shop. Initially focused on US customers, this new online platform allows customers to buy genuine Perkins parts over the internet. The online shop offers quick, easy access to the most commonly ordered Perkins parts, with parts in stock in the US for fast next day delivery.
Perkins North America Regional Logistics Centre in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The new facility gives US end customers and North American distributors the rapid and reliable service they need. Part of a strategic partnership with global logistics giants UPS – and based close to its worldwide small parcel air hub – orders can be processed immediately and delivered next day across the whole of the US.
